Protection of information and privacy is an essential matter which is taken absolutely serious. We therefore act on legal requirements of data protection.
Furthermore it is important for us to inform you, which data is saved and how it is used.

Why we collect data from our customers

The collected data helps us to improve Perlorado.de and to arrange a shopping experience according to your taste.
We use your information for order processing, for dispatch of goods, for providing services and for handling payments (verifying data in case of purchase on account).
We also use this information to communicate with you concerning your order, products, services and marketing activities.

What are Cookies for?

Which and how long the data is saved / Using cookies?
Using the internet without login, no data is saved by Perlorado.de. The cookies are only used for the Session-ID and the search result. This cookie is deleted after leaving Perlorado.de.

To continously improve Perlorado.de and customize the site according to the customers‘ needs, for statistical purposes anonymous longtime cookies are used (our partner is wiredminds.de).
Theses cookies remain on your computer what enables us to identify your computer with your next login – no personal data is saved. The cookies remain active for 3 months. The partner companies are not authorized to collect, process or use personal data from our web site.
If you login as customer, we collect data from the register form, e.g. name, address incl phone no. and email, details of payment methods as well as details concerning your order.

For your order:
We save your order details which are automatically sent to you via email along with our general terms and conditions. You can here also view the general terms and conditions at any time. Your order data can be viewed in the login area.

If you apply explicit for a newsletter or similar advertising material, the data entered in the corresponding screen is also saved.

When entering a comment for one of our products, you can decide, if your name or other personal data is displayed. The customers opinion is very important for us. Still we reserve the right to redact or not publish articles esp. if they violate our principles.

Does Perlorado.de circulate personal information?
General Information about our customers is very important for us and help to optimize the range of products and the online shop in general. But it is definitely not part of our business to trade with this customer information or circulate this information!

Safety of personal data
To protect personal data, 128 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encyption is used for the collected personal data. We make use of physical, electonic and procedural security measures in connection with data collection, protection and publication of our customers. These measures authorize us to verify your identity before publishing personal data.
For our customers it is important to be protected against unauthorized access. We therefore recommend to completely logoff after each session esp. if you share your computer.

Publication, correction or deletion of personal data?
When logged in you can find plenty of information about your account and your interaction with Perlorado.de.
You have the right to receive (free of charge) information on your data as well as correct, lock or even delete it. For this purpose please contact Mr Kienz via contact form or send your request via post or fax.

How to decide which data is published?
As stated above, it is always possible to enter Perlorado.de without providing personal data. Nevertheless it is required to be logged in to order products or view product information
On the sites mentioned in „Which information is available in my account?” particular data can be added or updated. The help-function in the menu bar explains how to set up the browser to refuse new cookies, to display a message if new cookies are available or to refuse all cookies.

Newsletter
Perlorado sends free information on products or marketing material at irregular intervals via email, so-called newsletter. Customers who create an account receive our newsletter automatically (opt-out-procedure). Please take note of the directions on the log in screen.
Of course vistitors who do not have an account can subscribe for the newsletter by using the corresponding form (double-opt-in-procedure)
To unsubscribe please send an email or use the newsletter form. Customers can unsubscribe by using the customer menu.

Remark
We keep the right to send information concerning the general terms and conditions at irregular intervals. Nevertheless you should visit our website regularly to take note of changes.
As far as no special regulations exist, the use of personal data is liable to the privacy statement.

Information provided by the customer
Customers make information available when processing orders, beeing in contact with the customer service or entering data for the customer account.
For example information like name, address data, telephone number, information on your credit card, name and/or address of the recipient (if different to the customer) incl. address data and telephone number, content of valuations and emails sent to Perlorado.de.

Automatic Information
Examples for the collected and analyzed data include the Internet-Protocol-Address (IP) which connects your computer with the internet, email reception and transmission confirmation, Log in, email addresses, passwords, Information on the computer and connection to the internet, e.g. type and version of the browser, operating system and plattform, order history, which is sometimes combined with information of other customers and displayed e.g. as Top Seller List without showing personal data as well as the complete Uniform Resource Locator (URL) from our web site, i.e. the chronological order of accessing the single web sites inside Perorado.de incl. date and time, cookie no, the viewed products and/or products you searched for, zShops you visited.
