Are our products made of natural pearls?

Jewelery offered on Perlorado.de is solely made of natural pearls and can not be compared with imitations or eg. Mallorca pearls. These Pearls maturate for years in natural oysters (a distinction is drawn between soft water and salt water culture pearls). The most expensive ones are almost entirely round, show no marks of origination, have a beautiful surface and a wonderful luster. Just as the pearls jewelery is handmade.

How to proof the quality?

What kind of cultured pearls are used?

The range of products is almost exclusively made of soft water cultured pearls –from ranches in South China. Soft water pearls feature a high diversity of colours and shapes. They are also favoured because of their quality and the natural luster.

The order process

After visiting Perlorado.de and selecting products, you can add the products to the shopping cart. When finished shopping, click on “Checkout”. As new customer please enter the payment method and the type of shipment.
If you are already a customer and your data has not changed since your last order, enter your email-address and password for log on. Then please follow the further steps of ordering accompanied by precise notes. As soon as the order process is finished, an email is sent as order confirmation. Furthermore details are sent via email concerning the current status of your order.

Which types of payment are provided?

It is possible to process your order via payment in advance/bank transfer (recommended), cash on delivery, Paypal or on commission/via invoice (at a max. order value of 50 Euro). Customers outside the European Union can only order products via bank transfer (payment in advance) or Paypal.
Payment in advance / bank transfer: please add order date and order number on the money transfer form.
Cash on delivery: please take note that you are charged additionally 2 Euro.

Do I have the right of withdrawl or exchange?

Of course you have the right of withdrawl. You can send back the products without giving a reason within two weeks. For more information please read the general terms and conditions.



Delivery and shipping information

Shipment charges

Orders with a minimum value of 50 Euro are free of charge!
Otherwise for shipments within Germany we charge in general 3,60 Euro as a shipment fee. To find out more about shipment fees for all other countries please go to Shipment and Dispatch.

How are the products shipped and what about insurance?

Our products are shipped as packet or by registered parcel. This guarantees that only the addressee receives the ordered products by signing a notice of receipt.
All sent products are insured so that our customers take no risk for the shipment.

How long does the shipment take?

Depending on the type of payment the order will be sent out right after incoming payments. Generally it takes no more than 3 man-days. The mail delivery time within Germany is additionally 2 man-days.

What if I do not receive the order?

Unless you do not receive the ordered jewellery within 5 man-days (after confirmation of delivery via email) please contact us by using the provided contact form. We will than investigate circumstances.

What can I do if the products do not meet my expectations?

If the products do not meet your expectations you can make use of the right of withdrawl or exchange within 2 weeks. To learn more about your rights please read the general terms and conditions.
