Payment and dispatch

The invoice amount for customers from Germany can be paid alternatively against 'prepayment', 'purchase on account' (up to an order value of 50 euro), 'Paypal' as well as 'cash on delivery'. On payment 'cash on delivery' a fee of 3 euro is raised. Please, follow the COD charge DHL of 2 EUR nowadays which the delivery agent raises on site.

Customers beyond Germany can pay only by 'cash in advance' or 'Paypal'.

The delivery of ordered articles takes place through the German post at the followed all-inclusive conditions:

Germany (order value to 50 euro):	3.60 euros
Germany (order value more than 50 euro):	free of forwarding costs
The EU (countries of the European Union):	8.00 euros
World-wide	15.00 euros

The dispatch takes place within 2 working days after payment entrance, with availability of the products. The post term within Germany is about 2 working days.
In the online shop given terms of delivery and availability appointments as well as available amounts are without guarantee.

The delays of delivery which were caused by legal or official orders and are not to be substituted from Perlorado extend the term of delivery according to the duration of the obstacle. About any delays of delivery Perlorado informs the customer immediately. Compensation claims of the customer against Perlorado consists only if the delay is based on intention or coarse) carelessness. Untill confirms in writing, we do not guarantee for the observance of dates of delivery. The liability in the case of an in writing confirmed date of delivery limits itself exclusively to the free taking back of the late delivered products.
